Metal retrofit systems offer long-term, cost effective solutions that meet the needs of most buildings. The system starts with the existing metal roof, custom cut insulation fills the flutes, another layer of insulation is added to ensure a flat surface and increase the R-value, and then a single ply membrane is either mechanically fastened or adhered to the top.
Roof restoration is the most cost effective and proactive solution to prolong the life of an existing roof. Restoration of a damaged or deteriorated roof is done with an elastomeric coating. Elastomeric coatings are a fluid-applied material that when completely dry, cures and bonds to the substrate but remains flexible and resilient accommodating movement, contraction, and expansion of the structure beneath.
