Mid 1993, before Google and Facebook, brothers Lee and Joe Mouhot were on the streets of Sarasota passing flyers out door to door for their new business, Crystal Clear Window Washing. Headquarters for Crystal Clear was an extra room at Joe's house where they managed what little business they had. With diligent work, great customer service and a dream, Crystal Clear was built.
Over the next few years, while balancing work and family, the business grew to the point of hiring employees and expanding its services. Today, the family owned business keeps thousands of homes and businesses clean while maintaining the values of hard work and a deep appreciation of its customers.

We understand that you have better things to do at the moment but do hope you can spare a minute to discover who we are and what we do. The customer is backed by a professionally managed and fully insured company that understands not every job is perfect. If an issue arises, Crystal Clear makes every effort to correct it in a timely fashion.
Pressure washing not only beautifies by removing mold, mildew, dirt and debris, it also maintains the condition of the structure by removing mold spores that can, over time, deteriorate roofs and paint. It is common for people to have questions concerning pressure washing services. Several of the most common are answered on our FAQ page, however, please don't hesitate to conctact us with any others you may have.
A: With so many variables involved, (type, style, location, etc) we do not have a standard per window cost. Pricing is always given upfront so that you may approve or decline services. A: This also does not have standardized pricing with all the different sizes and items that can be pressure washed.
We just had our office windows done downtown as well as our personal house in Gulf Gate.we are very pleased with the quality of both the work and young men who did it. Hi Beth, just wanted to drop you a quick message and let you know how good a job Robert did today with our windows. He was very efficient and meticulous and our windows never looked so great.

Crystal Clear is my go-to place for pressure washing services. Because I live in Florida in a residence surrounded by large oak trees, I frequently call upon CC to send their people over to pressure wash things around here. The office staff is very friendly and always sends someone out promptly. The employees are very friendly and hard-working, and I love when they have been here because they do such a good job to make the driveway, walkways and decking look like new again! Price is reasonable for quality work. Highly Recommended.
