Called to set up an appointment. Was told they would come Friday and would call beforehand with an approximate time. Friday afternoon I still hadn't heard anything so I called again. The lady I talked to said she was having trouble finding the account and asked if she could investigate and call back. I never heard anything, so had to hire someone else.

Called them to have septic system pumped. They could not find the septic tank after 2 separate visits!
The next day they sent a plumber that was to have a septic line camera and would be able to detect the septic tank. . Two guys spent 4 hours or so looking for the septic tank. Nothing. Additionally they removed a toliet in our home and said they did not have the part to fix it. So they left without replacing the toilet!

Whatever you do, do not use this company! They said they fixed the broken water pipe in feb 2014, my brother went to lake house and water was on but no pressure, called Blackburn and talked to the owner and he assured me that they would go out and fix the issue, I called back and Chris the owner said that it was fixed and that he fixed another issue at no cost because of the trouble we had gone thru! They also cashed our 400.00 check! Showed up to lake house yesterday and needless to say there is a new plumber fixing the broken pipe. I called Blackburn and the lady that I had talked to numerous
