I'll know more once I get the work estimate. The initial visit was good. Knowledgeable and answered my questions. I only gave 4 stars at this point, no work has actually been approved or done.

Critical: Responsiveness
Had a quote done over a month ago. Never got a call back. After I left several messages to get the qoute. I have a roof leaking. And all my friends have used them. But not sure why you would not return calls. I could never get away with this at my work.

I know this company well but still couldn't believe the attention to detail and perfection. It ended up being a complete tear off and was still only a day and a half. Very hard working and respectful crew. They only took a quick break to eat while others were still working. No nails left behind!!! Great job!

At the time of service I was selling tools and some equipment. Andy wanted to trade the roofing (patch) job for my forklift plus a lot of other tools. As soon as the rain I had puddles in the house. I've called several times and get no response after his promise to come back. He got my equipment and tools and I'm left with a more leaks than I had before he started and its causing mold spots on the ceiling. I already have a lung condition so when the mold gets very bad and its making me sick I will have no choice but to sue him with the little money I have. If he cant patch a small leak without
