All our customers receive our FREE "bottomless" spot cleaner, shoe protectors, extra services including pre-vacuuming when necessary, no extra charge spot treating, post cleaning rinse and grooming (if desired) for cut pile carpeting. In addition, we answer our phones 24-hours-a-day-7 days a week for emergency water removal and drying services.

Carpet Cleaning Report

Our "Standard" full service cleaning includes the pre-vacuuming of your carpets to remove most dry soil before we begin, the pre-treating of all your stains and traffic areas to loosen the sugars and oils on those stubborn areas, and finally the cleaning which is all hot water extraction (more commonly called "steam cleaning") from truck mounted van powered units ensuring a powerful and deep clean.

We use cleaning agents and methods specially formulated for fine upholstered fabrics-ensuring that your sofa, loveseat, etc. will be the cleanest it can be without the damaging effects of improper cleaning with harsh chemicals.
