We thought we could put in a flagstone patio last summer. When it became clear that the job was more than we wanted to do ourselves, I called Erin Landscaping. Turns out we had gotten bad advice from a local stone yard about which which kind of gravel to use as the base. If we had continued, the patio would likely have buckled over the winter. The guys from Erin fixed the issue and our patio is still level and beautiful.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME
Had a site visit at my house to determine options for new landscaping. I started with wanting a design and agree upon path forward to quote the entire project. This was agreed upon but I was told he will need a $500 + TAX upfront payment prior to completing design work. I agreed to this mid-January and was promised a maximum of 2-1/2 weeks lead time. I checked in with the person early March (6 weeks since my check had been cashed) and was told it was almost complete but COVID had impacted him and needed a little more time.
