Pellet Stove Cleaning is so important. Did you know that there can be over 15 different parts involved with making that fire light, heat and burn cleanly? Simply vacuuming the ashes, and cleaning the pipe are necessary as a routine maintenance, but the yearly maintenance is totally different and very in depth.

Comments: After having new counter tops installed, MasPro installed new faucet, new disposal in new location, & adjusted the pipes for the new sink. When providing the estimate, Jerry was very informative and helpful in what we needed & if things could be done. My heat pump/ac wasn't working and we are in the middle of a heat wave in 100+ degree weather. I called at 11 at night and they came out at 1am and had it fixed by 2. I was so stressed because my elderly dogs were struggling so bad with the heat but Jerry came to the rescue and I am eternally grateful. I recommend them hands down! Jerry was our angel tonight. Jerry answered my call and was able to make a same day appointment, he came promptly at the time range he provided. He took off his shoes wore a mask and went to work! He fixed my leaky toilet, sealed my other loose toilet and fixed the improper plumbing under the sink! Price was very reasonable and I had a very positive experience!

We had a plumbing emergency, the pipes clogged up to the whole house and Jerry came out the very next day to fix the plumbing! He was very kind and professional, did a stellar job and was affordable, I gave his magnet card to a neighbor and will recommend him to anyone who is trying to find a great plumber. The shower in a home we just bought had low flow/pressure. We weren't sure how far back the cause was or how much repiping we'd need. Fortunately, Jerry was able to get to it right away. Turned out to be a rust-clogged T-pipe between the hot and cold valves, so we didn't have to replace pipe.
At some point we will probably need to repipe the house, but thank goodness not today.
Jerry cleaned up when he was done, did very minimal damage to the drywall -- Which absolutely had to be cut and we knew that was going to be the case before he came over -- He did give me the contact

I called MasPro to ask for a quote on repairing/replacing a hot tub pump. Jerry came the next day and listened to the pump, told me what was most likely wrong and quoted a price to repair the pump. I also asked him about replacing an old water heater that was in a very confined closet. I accepted both quotes and he set an installation for the hot tub pump and the water heater for the following Tuesday (about 4 days).
After removing the old water heater and before installing the new one, he checked the well pressure tank (in the same closet with the water heater) and found the bladder was broken

I had my gas hot water heater literally catch fire and I ended up working with MasPro Service and Jerry Massey. He responded to an after hours text inquiry immediately, came out early the next morning, hooked me up with an unbelievably affordable electrician to run new wiring so I could convert to electric AND he finished the work two days earlier than originally quoted. He personified the motto of ‘under promise and over deliver.’ I even reached out to him weeks later because I was out of town when the electrician came and needed his info, he responded quickly and succinctly. I called Jerry and made an appointment with him the following week. Over the weekend I thought I was able to fix the problem so I called and cancelled the appointment a couple days before. But upon checking the flow meter for our property I saw that it was still spinning. I called him back and rescheduled. The night before the appointment I found the leak in our home and was able to fix it myself. It was actually two leaky toilets. Jerry was great to come right away(weekday regular hours) to fix a leak and replace a faucet, however be prepared to be gouged. One hour to make repairs including 20 minutes to drive to his other truck for parts. Charge was $450 including the $20 in parts. I wasted all those years in college. Should have been a plumber. Waterway plumbing plumbed an entire bathroom for less money.

Was very happy with the service received. I had a plumbing emergency at 8:00 AM on a Saturday. Called Jerry and he was here at noon and took care of the problem quickly and on quote. He also took the time to look at my gas fireplace which was also having an issue. He did a quick fix on it for me at no charge.
