BRS Roofing

Some of the most unprofessional people I have ever felt with. Tried to call their office to find out how to get their crew to move the equipment blocking the entire street access to my house and several others only to be told they couldn't locate the foreman. Then I asked if they had a permit for this work and shutting down a public street and they told me they could not give me that information as it wasn't any of my business. Meanwhile their "workers" are just watching me sit in my car unable to access my house on a day that it was 100+ degrees out. Worst "roofers"

After avoiding a much needed roof for many years, our HOA Board began researching options for the new roof we needed. I cannot say enough good things about BRS Roofing in San Bernadino, particularly about Lorenzo who had the patience of a saint to answer the many, many questions we had. He educated us about the types of materials available, the various warranties, the maintenance required, etc. This process took some months, and he was gracious, thorough and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. If you want a company that will put a roof on your home that leaks, come back to repair said leak, not actually repair it, then refuse to accept any liability for it, these are your guys! This is exactly what happened to us. Unfortunately, our HOA has a large contract with them so we can't do anything about it but if you are an individual consumer or an HOA considering BRS I strongly encourage you to run the other way. I sent my complaints all the way up to the owner, Tony, and when he called me he basically said tough luck.

Worst roofing company to do ur roof I once workd with this company they dont use the right proper underlayment paper for roofs they cut corners useing cheap materials the managment their sucks if u think of working for this company dont!!!! They promise your full 40 hrs but dont get ur full 40 they also rip u off with overtime wont pay u

This company was hired by our HOA and they are terrible! Do not use! Run for the hills. Very unprofessional. The owner is the worst. Rude and does not take any responsibility for damaged items or damages from having to reroof the SAME areas 3 times only to leak again. DO NOT USE!!

Made appointment and never showed up or called wasted time

This company was hired by my HOA to make a repair. They showed up at 8 am without any prior notice. They left the job unfinished today because a few raindrops fell; there were not even enough drops to warrant turning on the windshield wipers. They left me a note at 10:30 am stating they would return "soon," but I had to call their office at 3:16 pm to find out when that might be. (Between 8 and 9 am tomorrow) No apologies from the company for their unprofessional behavior. I do not know yet whether their work is any good.

BRS Roofing is the best! They did an amazing job on my roof. It was in such poor shape that I doubted it could be saved. It had a construction defect that caused the eaves to sag due to lack of structural support. BRS solved the problem, taking the time to explain the process to me every step of the way. They were very professional and considerate and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality roof at a fair price!

BRS was very professional in all aspects of their work. They stuck with the original estimate, showed up when promised, and completed the job in a timely manner. The owner is great to deal with and delivers on his promises. I highly recommend their services!
