5 stars all the way! I found this company on Groupon with more than 300 five star review and decided to call them direct on Friday and was answered promptly. They sent their tech Abel at 8am on Monday and they called me before the tech’s arrival, he was on time, did a great job and with professionalism. Their price was half of what I was quoted else where by a few company. Got my one bedroom cleaned fir $60. Can’t beat that this day! Strongly recommend this company.

Daniel came to clean a recliner loveseat that I purchased from a private party. (It was in good condition, just wanted it cleaned).

So after quarantine my wife and I got tired of looking at our dirty carpets. So we started looking on Groupon and found Genesis. They answered the phone right away and was very easy to book. I actually had to reschedule 3 times due to home construction projects and a surgery. But everything they were gracious and it was easy to find a time that fit my schedule.
Now the work is done, and it looks amazing. We were thinking about replacing carpets in a year but now I think we can wait a few years!

Daniel was a great guy!!!! Did a fantastic job and they really leave you happy with the service they do! I got a group on deal and I upgraded it with the stairs charge also. He also went above and beyond with the spots on the carpet and also does a little more work than what you paid for meaning he cleaned my little rug at the entry way for me for free lol. But he always ask anything else you want him to do. That’s a plus! Most technicians leave right away after the job is done but Daniel makes sure your are happy before he leaves. I would highly recommend these guys and I would definitely use
