We had all 34 windows replaced in our house. Dr Roof was incredible from start to finish. From Bob Petit in sales, to Ryan and his crew installing the windows, to everyone in the office I spoke with, my family and I are so impressed and thankful. Terrible Experience. I had gutters and a kickout flashing installed.
Gutters were repeatedly delayed by no-call-no-show until I had to complain.
Kickout flashing was a hack job, mailed my home inspectors pictures, they agreed it is an improper install. Dr. Roof says its fine and demands payment.
Avoid at all costs!!!

All I can say is run. A guy name James Thomas came out and talked a good game. I never got estimate and when I followed up with him as well as the company business line no return call. One girl working the phone line and she never answers. Now can you imagine if you contract these people to do your roof, or any other project. The unprofessionalism is scary and God forbid you have an issue. The only thing I can say is, I dodged a bullet, Trust Dale please remove these people from your referral book. I would not recommend them to do a dog house.

Dr Roof installed a new roof for us 7 years ago. Then we called them because we had algae growth and a chimney leak. They came right away. Told us how to file a claim to get our roof cleaned of the algae under our warranty. Also, they found out that our chimney cap was leaking and needed a new one and they gave me a price. I shopped around and could not beat thee price. They installed new chimney caps for us and everything is perfect. Great company! They did a great job on the installation 7 years ago as well.

We contracted with Dr. Roof to install a new Bitumen roof on the back side of our home and to repair flashing around one skylight and two dormers. Watching "the maestrao" work to install the roof was impressive. He showed me every area of damage underneath the top layer of roofing, stripped the extra layers of roofing, and laid the bitumen with great care. He also showed me the damage around the flashing and how he was repairing it. This company is not cheap, but the workmanship was excellent and we would hire this company again in a shot!

Great company, honest and on time to their appointment. Dan came over to provide an assessment and the potential need to replace my roof. He did a proper job, walked the roof, and explained everything clearly. He provided honest feedback, and surprisingly that my roof was in fact still in good shape. Good straight honest people, no up selling and nothing extra. Although I had no work for them this time, they’ll certainly be the ones I go to for any roof repair or replacement in the future.

Dr Roof provided us a new roof in 2012. We had a great experience with them then and had a great experience with them this week. We are experiencing a leak in our master bedroom and we had a company come out to check for broken pipes in the bulkhead and there were none. We were advised to contact a roofer and since we already had a relationship with Dr Roof, I called them. Sean came out, he walked into rooms, he then got on the roof, and then he made his assessment. Guess what? Our leak issue is not from the roof but instead a plumbing issue! I thanked Sean profusely for coming out and being patient

I called Dr Roof because I had a leak in the roof over my 2nd floor bedroom. The technician came out. I showed him the water stain and he asked if I had an attic and asked if it had drop down steps. I told him he could only access the attic with a ladder. He chose not to go out to his truck and get a ladder so he never entered the attic or went up on the roof. He took 3 pictures from the ground of what he could see and told me it was the flashing and sent me an estimate for $850.00. Needless to say I did not use this company. Was quoted $800 for repairs by James W and was told they would take roughly an entire day. The $800 quote sounded reasonable for the amount of time. The repair took a little over an hour. Do not trust the estimates. We have used Dr Roof to have our roof replaced in the past as well as minor repairs.

Contacted Dr. Roof for roof vents and a possible leak issue. First tech that came out never followed up and when the company reached out to me they explained that he was no longer with them. They apologized and asked if they could send out another tech.
New tech showed up on time, gave me a quote and time frame that was reasonable. Work was done and I am completely satisfied. Would use them again in a minute.

I called the company and was on hold for about 10 mins and then spoke to a customer service agent, and explained to her that we needed a roof leak repaired. She took copious notes and after several detailed questions and an extensive conversation, she said that someone would be in touch with me shortly to schedule an appointment. I reached out to schedule an estimate on roofing repairs. Set appointment for 8am and was told technically the guy would be there between 8-9am but since it was first thing should be closer to 8am. Fair enough.
I stayed home from work to meet estimator. By 8:45am I had not seen anyone and called dispatch to get ETA.
They informed me that they had a new system as of March and that it somehow had not notified the rep and no one was in transit.
I took my business elsewhere as if you can't properly schedule an estimate why would I let you work on one of the most important parts of our house

Called to have repairs made on my house. I was on hold for 10 minutes. When they picked up I asked for an estimate to have a few repairs made on our cedar house. Dr Roof had a salesman to come out and quote to repair a leak at a pipe vent. The repair person came and replaced both vent boots and a shingle at the chimney.
My issue was when the repair people came out they were in an unmarked van, no uniform or shirt representing Dr Roof and no identification as employees of Dr. Roof. I called and inquired and found that Dr Roof subcontracts out all repair jobs. I was told that is the industry standard.
The subcontractor did the work within a couple hours. Of course, I will have to see if the leak is fixed at the next rain. The work appears to be fine at

Very Pleased! I recently received estimates for some work to repair a leak. Dr Roof responded quickly. The gentleman that came out was very considerate and thorough. He really went above and beyond to explain and detail what needed to be done and how they would do it. Beware, we had a few different things completed at one time. Work was good for the most part because I was able to leave work early and catch oversights and have them fixed while the crew was still at our home.
However, when it came to installing the flashing above our bay window, they installed strip flashing for the price of step flashing. When I voiced my concern I was called by the installer who only focused on telling me that this was the best repair that could be made. The second person took the same approach and did not seem concerned that I was not pleased at all with the work.

They offered to come give a free estimate, then ask you to sign a form. BE CAREFUL !!!!!!
This is a binding contract for the job, and you have only 3 days to get out of it. Then to cancel over the phone you have to be transferred to another person etc. I do not appreciate this approach to business. I had used Dr Roof in 2005, after extensive research to replace my entire roof. Since then they've done several repairs and I've been pleased. They were efficient and professional, responsive and well organized. If there was an emergency, somebody was dispatched the same day. He would do a temporary patch or tarp and schedule the real work for an appropriate sunny day. I recommended them to anyone who asked me for a referral. They were honest, decent, reliable and offered quality work for a fair price. They earned my trust and loyalty.
