Our HOA utilizes BWS Landscaping, and we've had nothing but issues. Half of the time, they do not cut our lawn, and the half of the time that they do, it is subpar. Our grass was supposedly just cut yesterday and already looks like a mess. I would absolutely not recommend BWS and would rather do my own landscaping.

We had BWS come to do work to fix drainage issues after having spent 2 years researching various companies and pricing a diversity of solutions. BWS had the most reasonable solutions for an affordable price. They were prompt when arriving to estimate, creative with their solutions, and arrived on time to do the work. They communicated with me well during all phases of the work and were mindful and attentive to my concerns and input. We had some inadvertent damage to our new driveway in the process, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. They made good on every promise. I will do business

I reached out to have extensive work done on my entire yard and they delivered. I had everything from flower beds and plants put in to french drains and grading. I mainly worked with Vlad, who was very responsive, listened to what we were trying to accomplish and made great suggestions. I am very pleased with the outcome, would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future. It's not often nowadays that contractors call you back--the rep at BWS called me very soon after I left a message about a small exterior deck, and even though he was not able to do the job (they focus more on bigger projects) he spent 15 minutes on the phone advising me about the right products to use for my application.

I had a difficult drainage issue at the edge of my property and was at a loss as to how to find a competent contractor. BWS was the right call to make! Vlad was knowledgable and came up with a plan that met and exceeded my expectations in every way. He responded quickly to my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Mike and Dan led the team and were equally competent and hard working.

This company in my opinion is the best all around landscaping and hardscaping companies in the Richmond area.
