It was such a pleasant experience working with Premo Roofing from the initial visit and bid from Jeremy Premo and the entire team managed by foreman Francisco who kept me constantly updated and listened to my concerns and addressed them all.
Fernando was the lead on the gutter/downspouts fabrication and installation. His team were efficient and thorough.
The driveway & plants were covered during demo and swept and blown each evening, thus nothing was damaged or lost. The job site was always clean.
Jeremy and the company dealt with the city permitting and inspection process.

Start to finish a smooth transaction. Jeremy the estimator was thorough and responsive. They pulled the permits and did all the back end work. He brought by samples of different colored shingle sets. The crew started on a Tuesday and ended the following Monday. It was a full shake roof tear off converted to comp shingles. We had skip sheathing without a plywood deck. We knew that going in, but it was impressive to watch how they tackled it. The front of the old roofline didn't match up with the back. They improvised and ripped 2x4's to make it transition smooth (pic attached). This was

We booked Premo roofing to re-do our country cabin with a new metal corrugated roof. Challenging to find a roofer that did metal, but glad we picked Premo.
Ordered the product, got us on their calendar, and did a great job. The roof is aging very nicely after just a few months and could not be happier with the product and workmanship.

I have dealt with Premo twice, and both times they went above and beyond, voluntarily doing what we obviously needed. The workmen are friendly, smart, and considerate, and the work was scheduled and performed as soon as they got the necessary government paperwork. They did a fine job of covering my solar panel supports, which had caused a leak, with a plastic/rubber composition with a ten-year guarantee. Five stars for sure.

The Premo team helped us with several roofs on the property. They replaced one and cleaned and maintained several others. Jeremy spent quite a bit of time inspecting the roofs and gave us excellent advice about what was needed. All the men who worked on the projects were friendly and professional and worked hard. The price was competitive and the quality of work was excellent. Premo was recommended to us by a contractor friend who has worked in the area for a long time. We were pleased with our experience and would certainly use Premo again.

My mother hired Premo to do her roof. She had a huge job and there was also damage. Premo came down to South County. They were always on time and professional. They worked hard finished the job ahead of time. They made sure to clean up the property everyday before leaving. The owner and his employees were kind, caring, and answered all our questions. A roof is a big purchase and we couldn't have hired a better company to do it.
