Mr. Victor Perez who oversaw the work project was highly professional. He took time to explain the process as well as materials to be used prior to starting the job. He was quick to respond when ever I had a question or concerns as the job was in process. It seemed there was an under estimation of shingles. On the Friday when the roofing was to be completed, I was informed that they were short of material. They ordered the material around 1:00pm and was told they would return to finish the installation on Saturday morning. The material arrived that Friday afternoon but Noone showed up till Monday morning, and yes we got rained on Saturday. The agreement was also to remove and haul away an old Direct TV dish no longer in use, it was left dangling. If you have plants you care about be ware, they will damage them.
