We saw Dan's work when he did a remodel for a family member. We were impressed by his work. Unfortunately, Dan didn't bring his A game to our job . . . or even his B game. There were a number of issues, but I was not going to write a bad review until last night when our sinks started leaking. So I will give you a quick rundown of some of the bigger issues: the sink overflow drains were not installed correctly and leaked, he measured incorrectly and removed too much flooring which we then had to have repaired, he installed a door that was the wrong size, he damaged our ceiling and

I had dan build my 465 sq feet room addition for me over the summer, by far the best decision I made. I interviewed at least 7 other contractors before I gave dan the job
I was a bit skeptical at first because the value and professionalism of his initial bid seem way too good to be true. He was going to be doing everything I wanted and at my budget (shocking since everyone else gave a enormous bid or wanted to give a lowball bid and then tack on hidden expenses/cut corners). I selected him because he is a local Brea resident so he must be trustworthy :)
What would happen the next month and

I shopped for over a year for a contractor to do a great-room addition to my 1930s home. After visiting job sites & speaking with past & current customers, I choose Leigh Builders. I had plans for my new room prior to Dan getting the job. When Dan & I discussed the room, I discovered that the previous engineer had not drafted the plans per my desires. To say I was upset with the previous person is an understatement. I can't read plans so I am very thankful that Dan discussed in detail what my expectations were or I would have a room that didn't match the overall look of
