Sean was fantastic and gave me a quote after seeing my upholstered pieces and got right to work. They did a great job and although, I have to have them back to get after two stains again, but that is my dogs fault and no fault of ChemDry.

They were able to get out all the brown and black spots on my white carpet. They took a good amount of time to do the job well. I appreciated that. Job well done. I will be a repeat customer. Prices were reasonable especially with the carpeted staircase.

I highly recommend Chem dry! I had 2 bedrooms, a hallway, living room, and a chair cleaned. When Pete completed cleaning, the apartment looked like it did when we first moved in a while back. He removed gum spots which other places had told me it was just a stain that couldn't be removed! With Chem dry I know every detail was taken care of. Chem-Dry cleaned my two living room rugs after they had done a terrific job on our office wall to wall carpets. Sean did both jobs, turning up on time and completing the jobs in a timely manner. The rugs have been down for years, low traffic, but some nasty stains still. They now look bright and clean and all the stains are gone without a trace.
Highly recommend and I won't wait so long to get them cleaned again !!!

We have used Chem-Dry of Marin several times over the years and they have done a good job. An appointment was scheduled to be the first one today for an extensive job at our house. They scheduled it for 9-9:30am and Peter even confirmed the appointment the evening before saying that they have to send two technicians because of the size of our project. Early in the morning my kids and I did other housework and cleared out things from the carpeted areas in order to make their job more efficient considering the scope of the job. Okay, here we are with another review. Chem-Dry of Marin came on Wednesday of this last week. Our carpets were DIRTY! Especially the master bedroom. I had them clean our sofa, bedrooms and area rugs.
They arrived on time, were here for about an hour and charged a reasonable rate for an outstanding service.
I am so pleased with the results. Sean and his assistant were so good. I am very happy and want to thank them again for doing such a great job.

The Chem Dry man came today to clean my carpets, not that they needed much they are pretty new and only had one small stain and I keep them clean too. I had had Chem Dry before and had given them a good review, sorry I can't do it this time.
The thing is that when I went to inspect the carpets I found the edge of the entry to my bedroom, that meets the wood hallway, looking dusty and grey and I pulled out dust parts to show the cleaner. Instead of saying, gee I am sorry let me vacuum this spot again, he makes excuses about that I was pulling out the carpet. Since when is it not OK for

I have been a long time customer of Chem Dry. I recently scheduled a carpet cleaning for my daughters small bedroom. I specifically asked "Is there a minimum price? Because my daughters room is very small and I don't want to have you come out if there is a minimum." I was very specific, and I was told there was no minimum.

Update: So what I thought was an excellent job was not. I requested the sanitization and and treatment that contained enzymes to ensure any possible pet scents were removed from the carpet. Apparently this was not actually done, and due to that I lost my deposit. A room that did not wreak of urine suddenly did after they used just the sanitizer and nothing else to break down the material that could cause future problems.
My landlord withheld my deposit for new carpet. When I contact this company to ask for a witness statement essentially, they notified me the man that showed up had discussed

Our poor sick dog had a large, unfortunate accident in the bedroom...and on the stairs...and on the dining room rug. It wasn't pretty but after Chem-Dry was done you would never know. They were polite and efficient on the phone, on time to arrive, and our tech, Sean, was hard-working and got the job done in no time! It might be a smidge expensive, but in the end it was money well spent!

The company contacted me and were extremely friendly and understanding. They asked if they could please send someone back out to make things right and even offered to give me my money back if I wan't happy. To me that is amazing customer service. The 2nd person that came back had better results. I do not want to imply that the first person did a bad job. Like with anything you clean if you keep cleaning it, it can always get cleaner :) At any rate I can definitely recommend giving them a shot and without a doubt the carpets do not end up soaking wet like many other companies. I was ready to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment, but the woman who answered the phone was so uninformed about the company she works for that I will go elsewhere. She told me they clean with soap (it says they don't on their website). She then said she didn't really know what it was, they aren't told that information, and that all she knows is it's a liquid solution.

They're not bad, but also not the greatest. They use a hard sell approach, which means after they send someone to do an estimate they call, repeatedly, to try and schedule an appointment. That's annoying and as a result I now refuse to provide my phone number to service providers. The technician was pleasant and professional but definitely was off on a few things. He told me the carpets would be dry in an hour, they weren't - it took around 12 hours for them to dry. The furniture he said would be dry in 3 hours, it wasn't either - all of it took, in the case of a sectional,

Fast and easy scheduling, turned up exactly on time and did a great job. We had our 12-year old leather couches and chairs cleaned and now they look brand new. This is the third local company we have used for carpet cleaning and this time we definitely had the best results for a comparable price. They did a really thorough job on the carpets too. Took two area rugs in for cleaning. It took a full two weeks to get them returned & I had to call them to find out if they were ready. One of the rugs was returned to me still completely filthy & the other was damaged beyond repair. Now they actually smell worse! Guess I should have known better when their offices smelled like dog. Never again.

Cedric and the entire team was amazing and ridiculously professional. I cornered him at my condo complex as I was walking in because I had a faux suede club chair cushion that had an unfortunate incident. He cleaned it on site after his scheduled appointment. Because the job was flawless I gave them my large wool rug which had been on my cleaning 'to do' list. Their office followed up. They picked up and delivered it back for a mere $15 each way and my rug is shining. Love these guys!
