John Ray/Graf's installed our home units ~ 2006; Graf's has serviced regularly since. We have always felt they're reasonably priced, genuine and prompt- willing to answer/respond if we had a question or need.
Recently, we started a business serving frozen pops. The A/C in our rented suite went out on a Friday AM...it was August. Our stock was literally melting. That evening, a community event was scheduled. John & his family popped by. Even with two portable A/C units, it was unbelievably hot.
Earlier that day, we were informed it would be 4 days before repair (...after an assessment by another

They are wonderful! They were so helpful and even showed me what was wrong rather than just telling me. On time and very professional. They also have wonderful and reasonable prices. Great place to work. Plus we do grade A work if you want your job done right and for it to look good the 1st time you should. Call graf's. Also the HVAC units we sell are the best you can buy I believe they have a 99 year warranty on the compressor and I don't believe any other HVAC unit offer that but ours.
