By its nature of being fluid applied, it is 100% adhered to the roof substrate - without adhesives or fastener penetrations. It is comprised of multiple layers of waterproof emulsion and high strength, stitch woven polyester, with the top layer being a highly reflective, acrylic radiant barrier.
Once the system has been completed, the entire roof, including all penetrations, curbs, parapet walls, etc., is "encapsulated" into one seamless, monolithic membrane.
