They are all so friendly and responsive. I've had an issue with my toilet in the past and was able to set up an appointment almost immediately. Cherie was very nice and helpful when talking on the phone and Martin was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away. Staff are very knowledgeable and I would definitely choose them again for any repairs in the future. Highly recommend them!

If I could give no stars I would, Jose the "plumber" left a pipe out and they had to come back and placed the pipe back, it did ruin my floor with the leak, I just called another plumbing company and the brand new garbage disposal installed I was told it was used and is not a new unit. PLEASE Beware of this scammers! Filing with the BBB

Because of the pandemic we have done lots of remodeling and have used this company two times prior to this review. On this unfortunate occasion we noticed a leak from the ceiling in our kitchen, we called Pro Plumbing and asked for Jose! Well we were told that Jose was unavailable for several days. The office manager told us she could send out Ric and that he was the owner of the company. I agreed to using Ric and figured since he was the owner he must be at least as good as Jose. Well when Ric showed up I asked him if he was as good as Jose and he told me he was Jose's grandfather so now

This was such a painless experience when it comes to dealing with a plumbing issue. Very responsive, and knowledgeable staff. I was not over sold on anything. I had a problem and they showed me the solution. The best part was, I was able to save a ton by buying the water purifier myself and paying for the labor. I will definitely recommend these guys for anyone needing help with their plumbing.

Exceptional Service, prompt and professional. I had an urgent situation with my drain at last minute on a Friday, called several companies who either didn't respond or informed me they were too busy. One company recommended these folks and I couldn't be happier that they did. They arrived before 5pm, fixed the problem and took the time to address another issue I was having. Very reasonable and I'd definitely contact them again! Great job

I don't like writing reviews but when a company isn't professional and steals your money I like to help others from avoiding lack of professional services.
First off this company records your conversation without consent and for some reason takes pleasure in sending you this to demand payment. They couldn't find the root cause and issue with my pipes so I had to call another company who fixed the issue. Although I only paid inspection fee I wasted my time and money to these crooks..

We hired Pro Plumbing Services in 2019.
One of bathrooms in our home has some issue. We kind of knew but it was not major so didn't care much. In mean while we asked couple of handymen to look into that. No one able to figure out.
Eventually issue became big and it started leaking impacting bathroom below that.
We contacted Pro Plumbing based on my real estate agent. Martin came promptly. He told what needs to be done. Gave quote and upon approval, immediately started working. It took few hours for him to fix but issue is permanently address. I was watching him. He looks very knowledgable

We were in an emergency situation; leaking water heater (20 years old!). After the first plumber was unable to drain it, Pro Plumbing Services sent us (same day turnaround) a very gifted plumber, Charles Berleigh, who was able to miraculously drain a tank that the previous plumber had said was undrainable. I had actually been making plans to have a forklift come in the garage to lift it out ( 50 gallon filled tank weighs around 700 lbs!)

Called to have my garbage disposal replaced, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Martin was my serviceman, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and on-time! He explained everything to me very clearly and had completed the job within an hour. Several months ago, my sinks and toilets were making a gurgling sound. I called Pro Plumbing Services, Inc. in Antioch. They sent Jose out that day and Jose snaked the pipes and cleared the lines. The cost of the job was fair. I was told by the plumber that they guaranteed their work.
3 months later I had issues with the clogged lines again to the point we could not use the toilets or sinks. shower. Had a great experience with Pro Plumbing yesterday. Needed a garbage disposal replaced in my kitchen. Gave me a time frame of arrival from 3:00-5:00PM and was there by 3:10. Martin was my technician, he was very polite, professional, clean, and timely. Had my garbage disposal assessed and replaced within the hour.
