We have used Hicks Bros for several of our properties and have always been more than satisfied. It is businesses like this, who keep #850strong; which is why we will continue to use this family owned business!! Dwayne has always been fair with competitive pricing and is one of our sub-contractors, who always shows up and follows through. It was also a pleasure to meet his son, DJ, at our last project. I ordered a simple maintenance to my AC and they didn't even replace the air filter. How's that maintenance? Then the guy tells me that he'd drop one off later since he told me he'd replace it anyway. Never returned.
Then two days later, my AC starts leaking. I call back and am told, "we're booked up today but can get to ya tomorrow." No thanks dude, I have water coming in my house. I'll figure it out.
He then calls back to suggest I replace the air filter. Oh, you mean the one you fools were suppose to bring me?
Pros: fast to arrive and fast to collect
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE

Dewayne and DJ are easy to work with , the entire crew was polite and respectful of my home. I had a question a week later and the response was immediate and knowledgeable and saved me some money. It was an all around good experience working with them.

Would give these guys 10 stars if possible! They installed all new duct work and two new systems in our home. Dwayne and DJ came out right away to do a walk through for a quote and had it to me by that afternoon! Our previous layout with our system wasn’t the most efficient and Dwayne really took the time to redesign a better layout that would cool the home more efficiently and evenly. They came out right away for the install and their entire team was professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. It’s so refreshing to know there are still companies out

Wes came out on a Sat. (near emergency... no A/C at the end of July!), walked me through some troubleshooting to narrow down the problem, isolated the most likely candidate, provided him the part number, and he found out he had the part. He installed it an hour later. I appreciated being included in the troubleshooting, without him showing up first, since it helped determine if it would even be repairable over the weekend by knowing what part failed and potentially avoiding an unnecessary weekend service call. I highly recommend them and will use them again, most likely when my system goes out
