Since its founding, COC has grown a diverse portfolio of projects and clients throughout the Southeast which included major clients in the Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Residential, and Municipal industries.
Our reputation, experience, and partnership with companies in these fields such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Southern Co., and Southwire have led to our sustained success over the last 45+ years. To date we have developed over 2,000 acres of shopping, over 1,000 acres of wetland/mitigation and solar farms throughout the Southeast.

This ability to self-preform site work and building construction has given COC advantages that have allowed us to outperform the competition through fast tracking projects.
