Joe learned the nuts and bolts of the trade from his father, who was a successful general contractor in California's Marin County where he built countless high-end, custom homes. From sweeping the job-site floor as a teenager to becoming a full-fledged construction professional as a young adult, Joe grew up in the building trade.
After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno, Joe returned to the family-fostered building trade he knew so well. In 1999, he launched Lamperti Construction in the beautiful and quickly developing resort town of Truckee. Embracing an honest, hardworking philosophy, Lamperti Construction soon became synonymous with quality Truckee-Tahoe residential home building.

During this critical phase, Joe Lamperti studies the design intent and then pro- vides builder input as it relates to budgeting and scheduling.
