R.C. Poss was founded by Russell (Rusty) C. Poss II, a self-taught businessman who moved to Macon, Georgia in 1991. The city of Macon is full of both historic charm and new construction, which is what initially attracted Rusty to the area. He saw the potential to work on both residential and commercial projects, including retail and medical facilities.
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of both Commercial and Residential Projects. Applicants would ideally have prior experience in Historic Preservation. Candidates should have excellent leadership qualities that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce results.
