Mr. Townsend was very professional and had an amazing turn around time. He came out on Monday to give me a quote and was able to complete the repairs on Tuesday morning. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently to replace my ridge vent. He has competitive pricing and provided excellent service.

Don't waste your time. Called this guy on a monday for some repair work. He asks me to call him back that friday to schedule something that weekend. I call him and then he tells me he will give me a call on saturday (next day) when he's on the way. Next day nothing, doesnt answer phone calls, complete no show. Call someone who's trying to work.

We have called several roofers trying to get them to come out and nobody would. We live out in the country and they didn't want to make the drive. We called Alan and he came the very next morning found the problem immediately, talked me through what was wrong and how they would fix it. Excellent Service, will refer to neighbors and call for any other roof problems!

After noticing a leak in the ceiling the night before, I contacted Alan the next morning. I honestly did not think I could find anyone who could schedule time based on the forecast of projected rain. And even though Alan had a tight schedule, he was able to satisfactorily repair the roof in no time. I was so relieved to know that I no longer had to worry about the water dripping from the ceiling causing more water damage. I highly recommend his services.
