Colorados Weather causes a lot of movement in metal roofs. This is referred to as Thermal movement. This can cause the seams and screws to eventually fail. Even if your metal roof is fairly new it's a good idea to add longevity by having us install a elastomeric roofing system. Why wait until it's too late?

Having a facility with several buildings, it can be challenging to find good contractors. These days just getting someone to answer the phone or call back seems like a miracle. We've used them for three buildings now, one in 2019, and then two this year. Rich and Clay do a great job, no up-sell, just good advice on how they would do it if it were their own roof. Our flat roof was providing very little help from the extreme summer heat so our AC unit would constantly run. We are noticing immediate impact from the insulation that was installed. The temperature inside is now more controlled and the heat is staying out of the house! Im sure the same thing will happen in the winter months!
