After the third attempt, I just can't write anything positive about the current service here - which has since changed ownership hands. I don't know if it's just a quirk of the industry, but I'm tired of carpet-cleaning people promising they can remove stains (and not giving me an accurate assessment of the damage) and then, when said-stain is still there, making excuses about why it cannot be removed. Well, it took three tries, but I've learned my lesson! Now, every time I walk by that stain, I'm painfully reminded of the ineptitude of service.

This is a mixed review of Arrow Cleaning, both positive and negative. When Carl was running a little late for our appointment, he had the courtesy to call and explain, which I appreciated. He worked hard for over 3 hours cleaning carpets in 6 rooms. When he left at about 2:15 pm, I ran 7 fans plus the swamp cooler all day and night to help dry the carpets. The temperature that day was in the 90's, so the carpets should have dried quickly. The next morning, my carpets were still wet! This has never happened before with any other carpet cleaning service. When I called Carl to let him know that

Am very happy with this company. I had water damage on the carpet and, although it was only a small area, Carl did a good job and made sure the heavy furniture was blocked after cleaning. Also he left plastic coasters for the other furniture so that there wouldn't be any possibility of stains from the varnish. Reasonable price too.

These guys are a father and son team. They are professional and they know what they are doing. The prices are reasonable as well. My house is 3,100 sq ft of mostly carpet, and they did it all (including stain removal and pet odor neutralizing) for under $200. You can't beat that. They stayed for literally hours, removing every single stain. I was impressed! Absolutely zero complaints. I would definitely recommend them if you live in the area.
