I called Done Right because our main sewer line was backing up into our basement. I had heard nothing of this company but based on their reviews figured I’d have them stop out and take a look. Ryan showed up on time and couldn’t have been more professional. He determined that we had a root issue and that the line would need replaced. He explained our options and answered every question we had. Based on their reviews and how impressed we were with Ryan we decided to go with Done Right for the repair and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had two plumbing repairs from Done Right Today Plumbing Company.They did a repair 3 months ago, on a clogged wash basin, and yesterday I had my bathroom toilet bowl tank rebuilt with all new parts. The technicians that did my rebuilding of my tank bowl internal parts did a excellent job. The plumbing technicians yesterday were Chris, and… Jamiel. My both plumbing repair issues were done extremely well. And Mary Beth that scheduled my both repairs was extremely courteous, on my repair issues done. I highly recommend the entire Done Right Today Company!👍

They were awesome! Steve came out and diagnosed what was wrong (at no charge). Gave me great direction on where to purchase the replacement. Came back three days later and installed it. Works great! The policies was a breeze from the initial call to Marybeth (who is wonderful) to the finished product. I highly recommend using Done Right Today. We’ll be using them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

I had a vertical sanitary pipe break on my second floor. They were very responsive and able to get out swiftly. Patrick performed the work quickly and professionally. I gave them the opportunity to repair other issues that I had that weren't an emergency and they were equally responsive. Definitely recommend and will use again (hopefully I don't need to though)

I can’t say enough about the service Done Right Today provided me. My house had a complete block in the sewer line which stemmed from work done by a previous plumbing company I’ve the course of the past couple weeks. Ryan came out with the help of Jamille this past Friday and assessed my entire property so thoroughly and diagnosed the issue in under 2 hours. Whereas I had 2 separate plumbers out over the previous 3 weeks who couldn’t determine the root cause of my plumbing issue. They came out today and in roughly an hour and 15 minutes, completely repaired my collapsed sewer line in my yard

There was a first assessment & a quote. Colin came a second time and the problem was resolved differently but well done. Colin was very professional and helpful. I am happy with their service and would like this technician to come back for other repairs. Also, their price was the only one that made sense as compared to two more outfits.

I highly recommend Done Right Today! I called and Colin showed up in less than 20 minutes, he then cleared my sewer drain for a very affordable flat rate. I took him up on his recommendation to use a camera in the line to see the problem. I now have pictures and know exactly my line issue. He was a huge help! My water just shut off one night and no amount of troubleshooting could get it to come back. It being Easter weekend I was dreading what i thought would be thousands of dollars in extra charges. Definitely recommend!! Patrick and his team quickly evaluated our issue, got us on the schedule right away even for a major project (full day's work). The price was competitive, they were fast and friendly -- replaced some old galvanized pipe, an aging (leaking) garbage disposal and fixed a drain overflow problem.
