Mari Williams, owner of Mari's Property Managment and Cleaning Services LLC, was blessed back in 1994 while working at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale. Mari was working in the office when she was approached by some absentee homeowners that wanted her to watch their homes while they were away. This turned out to save them a lot of money and aggrevation due to some major roof leaking.
A. There are many cleaning companies and individuals who clean homes illegally because they have not taken the steps necessary to become a legitimate business. They don't carry any insurance to protect the homeowner's possessions and their own employees in case of injury. Many also hire illegal aliens and pay them under the table.
I appreciate all of the little extras that I have not received from previous services such as taking the extra time to stack my clutter neatly, the flip up of towels hotel style and even leaving a note explaining what was performed on each cleaning. Mari's is always on time and has convenience credit card billing.
If you are not absolutely delighted with the cleaning, we will re-service the area within 24 hours of notification for free. If you're still not happy for any reason, you don't pay! We used Mari's cleaning services for a deep clean before a party. I informed them of the square footage, that we had pets and they even ask before you book if you have ever had your home cleaned before. They were almost 20 mins late. They did not clean everything we needed them to including vacuuming the entire upstairs, don't do detail work like vacuuming along the baseboards, they cleaned one set of blinds downstairs and the rest had dust, they also left a bag of trash on my floor. They owner messed up the appointment so instead of the standard 5 hours, they sent 2 girls for 3 hours. The owner

Mari's is the best cleaning service I've ever had and I've had about 3 or 4 different ones since we moved here from California in 03. Mari answers the phone almost every time I need to call and she takes care of ASAP. She is such a nice and reliable person and her service is reliable too. I would recommend her 1000%.

I have utilized Mari's at my previous homes, and was always pleased. Being a busy, single mom, I started to utilize Mari's Cleaning Services again about 6 months ago. It's nice to see the same person every time. Lorena has been great to work with the past 6 months. She's always on time, does a fantastic job of cleaning, and goes out of her way....last week she unclogged the shower drain in my kids bathroom for me. She's even brought me little treats and trinkets when she returns from her trips....I should be the one treating her, not the other way around! I appreciate everything Lorena does...

Jasmine and Nataly have done cleaning and have provided us with house checking as we required on our vacation home here in Peoria. They have done an amazing job! So nice to arrive here and not have to clean!! Everything was spotless and gleaming! I am so happy and now have the peace of mind that things are being checked on when we are not here! I had Mari's Cleaning Service come to my home to do a thorough cleaning. The person showed up on time, and was so pleasant. She cleaned my house so well and always asked if I had any questions. I will definitely use them again! I also love that Mari's Cleaning Company donates her services to women with breast cancer who are not able to clean their home. That says a lot about her! Great company, great heart!
