Was willing and able to deal with what seemed like a simple job that got unexpectedly complicated. And still kept the cost reasonable. Very happy with the work.

This company quoted a buyer of my house to do some repairs in escrow. $250 to switch a hot and cold line on a sink, $250 to tighten down a $90 toilet. My buyer was under the impression the repairs were of exorbanent cost and was part of why they backed out of escrow. Their quote of $3000 my plumber ended up doing for $700. If they actually charge these prices I would definelty go elsewhere, and if they are inflating the cost to help my buyer that is of bad ethics as well.

I almost never write reviews on Yelp, but I have never been so upset and disgusted by a company. The blatant rudeness and discrimination we've experience is otherworldly. Never in my life has someone been so disrespectful. To quote "we are over this property. We're not coming back" and "Your mother is nuts." I strongly believe this had something to do with my roommate's mom's middle eastern accent. They dismissed her immediately and spoke down to her. I'm absolutely disgusted.

I had a terrible experience with this company especially Michael who was rude. I would use other words to describe him but this is a public forum. Lousy work, rude behavior, he lied to tenants in the building he was working on and told them things were finished when they weren't

We're deep in the inspection process for buying our new home and Bear from Michael Shute Plumbing came out to check our sewer line. He was professional, on time, and verbally walked us through results in a way which wasn't overwhelming- which says a lot as we had four other inspections running at the same time! The videos and report were sent to our inbox promptly thereafter. Thanks, Bear!

Michael fixed multiple plumbing issues in our house and has always been clear about what to fix, on time and efficient. I will use him again for all our plumbing issues.

If you are in need of a plumber, Michael is your man! He was referred by a friend who has his sewer line rupture. I had a galvanized pipe rupture. :/ Michael came out and did an emergency patch job to get me through until I could do a complete repair. He even walked the perimeter of my home with me and explained where the failure was and what was advisable for me to do to protect my home. (This level of detail and care is extremely appreciated.) Not only did he send a crew out within days Of the patch, to replace all my old pipes, they fixed other concerns around the property... both those I noticed

We had a great experience with this company recently. My sewer line had failed in one area and needed to be fixed. He said he would be there the next day between 11 - 12 and that's when he arrived. They performed the work can invoiced me the price quoted. He is now our plumber!! I love working with companies that do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. I highly recommend.

After being given a very incorrect quote by our sewer inspector for our new house, I reached out to Michael Shute for the actual repair. I spoke at length with Kimberly who broke the bad news that the quote was grossly under the cost of the actual price, and after calling a few other companies to verify that the inspector had in fact given us a quote that was about $1000 under the actual cost, Kimberly and the crew at Michael Shute were kind enough to give us a fair price that met in the middle, even though they had no obligation to do so. The first time I used Michael Shute Plumbing, they repaired my sewer line out in the front of my house and they were the best. They were prompt, price was reasonable (even got a discount without asking) and I received a video on YouTube explaining the work, since I wasn't able to be there myself.
The second time I called Michael Shute Plumbing, a week later, my toilet was clogged. Michael came and snaked my pipe for free! You can't beat that kind of service. I'm glad I found a plumber I can trust and wants happy customers.

In response to the comment by the company, (2 years after the fact), they obviously do not remember the situation. An agent did not make the appointment, I made it personally and specifically said not Saturday. It was not cancelled the night before- it was never made for a Saturday to begin with. I was not a seller either. I never even met the crew because I was not at the property since we said "not Saturday". I never screamed or berated the crew, because, again, I was not at the property and I never met the crew. Also, I have no clue what squirrel they are talking about.

Worst company I have ever done business with. Their worked failed inspection and I had to call another plumber to fix it. Their secretary Kim is the rudest person ever. Doing a huge remodel with reputable contractors and didn't have a single problem except this little $1,500 job that they totally messed up.

By the way, check them out. They advertise that they are Better Business Bureau AAA++ rated but they aren't even registered with the BBB

The only plumber I would ever call. Two other companies said I need a new drain line for 20k, then Michael came out, showed me the camera line, guess what, nothing wrong!!! Most honest guy in the business! Paid him the service call and that was that. Thank God for him!!!

My English is not perfect and when I called, the woman told me that I should find someone that can speech English and hang up the phone. If I don't have perfect English I'm not alowed to talk??? They really don't deserv my business.

I found Michael to be professional and he gave us a very fair and reasonable price for our root issue we had in our house. I would recommend him and call him again to help us out on other plumbing issues.

I keep getting invoices from Michael Shute Plumbing. I called to inquire about the invoices and the receptionist told me that it was my problem and just hung up on me.

Seriously, you can find adequate plumbers anywhere. Take your business elsewhere.

EDIT - I just saw Michael Shute's comment below. I can assure you I am not a "scammer private yelp sales person." I was a paying customer that was treated unprofessionally.

Mike was great -- we had just purchased a house and I had called to get our sewer line cleaned out. I had emailed versus calling and Kimberly from his office replied pretty quickly. I had set the appt through her and she was very professional. Mike showed up on time to clean out my sewer line, I had also asked him if he could take a look at the dishwasher/sink while he's here since there seemed to be a clog. Mike was patient and stayed while the washing machine went through its cycle and waited for the overflow to happen(for about 3+ hours!). He tightened our lose faucet as well and
