Land Enterprises Roofing was founded by Brian Land in 1986 to help businesses and home owners who were overwhelmed and frustrated by roofing problems. The roof replacement process can be complicated, frustrating, and time consuming. We aim to make it easier by working directly with the insurance and mortgage companies so our customers can focus on other priorities in life.

We help homeowners who are worried or unsure about whether or not they have roof damage and if that is a claim or not.

Contractor guarantees that any time within a period of 5 years from substantial completion of the work, should a leak occur in the roof applied, because of faulty workmanship, Contractor will repair the work done without charge (this does not pertain to any build-up roof) provided Contractor is given reasonable notice in writing.
Our core service is roofing, which includes roof repair, emergency roof repair, roof maintenance, roof ventilation, and roof replacement. These services are available for self-paying customers or for customers filing an insurance claim. We can also do flat roofs, such as TPO materials and cap and base roofing.

After some roof damage, Land Enterprises came out to inspect and provide a cost estimate. I gave that to my insurance, who sent out a claims adjustor. Land Enterprises sent out an employee to look over the roof with the adjustor. Once the claim was approved, Land Enterprise called me with updates to the roof repair start date and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for small repairs or whole roof replacements.

Land Enterprises were very helpful getting insurance to cover a new roof, and Jerry et al. were good at getting every $$$ paid from insurance for their work. I am happy with my roof, but whatever day work crew they found to install the roof left the siding looking worse than before where it meets the roof line in front and back. I mentioned it twice to them, that and the standing water at one end of the new guttering, but was blown off once they got the final payment with which I included these photos. lesson learned, alas! normally I wouldn't bother with reviews online, but I'm reminded of it

My house got nailed by that massive hail storm, which could have been a nightmare given the ongoing rain and the materials shortages. Land roofing was a delight to work with, David helpfully offered to present when I met with my adjuster came out. I can’t say enough good things about Paula and Michelle, who were always a delight to talk to and kept me incredibly well informed of project timelines. Highly recommend .

Jason at Land Enterprises Roofing was always there for us from estimates to communication with insurance company and during the roof replacement. The replacement of the entire roof only took 3 days. All junks removed at the end. We got all questions answered and concern solved right away by texting or emails. They are the most responsible and responsive company I have dealt with. Brian land ruined the sale of my home. His roofing experience is horrible. He came out on behalf of the buyers to check out the roof of my home. He wrote on his report that my roof was uninsurable and there was severe hail damage and that we needed a new roof.
We had our insurance adjuster come out along with 2 other roofers look at the roof. They had no idea where Brian land was coming up with these details about our roof. But the experienced roofers we had told us that our roof was in great condition and would last us another 25 years at the least!

Brian and Paula from LAND were amazing ! Brian came by to inspect my roof and offered several different roofing options that worked with our budget. He was open and honest which was much appreciated. The crew finished in a few days and left no trace of roofing materials - thanks Brian! Paula was also equally as amazing !! Top notch customer service during this entire experience . They also worked directly with my homeowners insurance which was awesome ! Thanks guys !

I talked with Brian this morning about needing my roof replaced. He informed me that his method is to go over the insurance adjusters quote to ensure that the adjuster had everything listed that is needed. And then he matches his quote with the adjusters. In other words he wants to find out how much money the insurance company is paying so that he can make sure to use all of it. The advice that my adjuster gave me is that a contractor should give you a written itemized quote as to what they intend to do. They have no reason to know how much money you have to spend on the project. show less
