We are completing a kitchen remodel. We had these guys come out a couple of weeks ago to move a gas line. Great job. This was our first time using them. We had them come again today to install the faucet and garbage disposal. Again, great job! Very happy. They are courteous, efficient and clean. My wife emptied a mop bucket in the bathroom toilet with a rag in it and down it went. I called a few local plumbing companies and was getting ridiculous quotes to pull the toilet and take a rag out. I called Barcena Plumbing and had a quote in minutes and a qualified technician within the hour and he smelled good and he had a nice clean uniform on. The technician took over the situation and took care of business, and then the little ones did there business, I’m sure you know what I mean. I couldn’t of been more happier to write the check

I recently purchased an under-the-sink water filter and started the installation. Our home has had a consistent drainage problem in our downstairs tub. I had a clog in my kitchen sink that my 15 foot long snake could not reach. So I called Barcena Plumbing and they sent over a plumber within a few hours. He was able to dislodge the clog with his 75 foot snake. The job was well done and took a little over an hour. My only problem is the cost charged, $224. I think that is excessive and will use a rooter company in the future for clogs and use Barcena for more traditional plumbing issues. Lesson learned.

Barcena Plumbing was not what I normally excepted from a plumber. They were able to give a rough estimate over the phone , the time frame they provided was right on, plumber showed up with a facemask, covered his shoes. Well worth it , and very honest company. They excepted credit card payments as well with no additional charge , and offered a warranty if there is an issue for 6 months. Small business located in Simi Valley much better than calling some price bargain add and having someone come out and try to upsell you more stuff. We had a leak under our house and scheduled Barcena to come take a look as they came recommended by neighbors. First they had an opening a day earlier than we originally scheduled which worked for us.
They quickly found the problem and fixed the leak. They showed us the broken part that they replaced and were off. Reasonably priced too. They were literally in and out in just about 30 minutes.

Barcena Plumbing is THE BEST plumbing service I have ever used. Our tankless water heater started leaking on a Sunday night. I called Barcena on Monday morning and they sent out Stephen to see what was going on. It turned out that we needed to replace our old water heater so Stephen quoted a price to supply all the parts and install a new unit or have me buy all the parts and just charge me for the install.
