Geothermal heating works by using the constant temperature of the earth as the exchange medium instead of the outside air temperature. Radiant floor heating works by pumping heated water from a solar water heater or oil-, gas-, or wood-fired boiler through tubing or cables laid in the floor to heat your home.

A method of converting solar energy into direct current electricity using semiconducting materials that exhibit the photovoltaic effect, a phenomenon commonly studied in physics, photochemistry and electrochemistry. I specifically asked if the $165 diagnosis fee would be put towards labor for repair before scheduling an appointment. I was told it would which was later recanted. They quoted an additional $190 fee to replace a $20 part that was already removed from the furnace to take its picture. No breakdown for parts and labor. I refused to be overcharged. Complete ripoff and dishonest!!

Dropping my rating two stars because, while I had a positive experience having Supreme Air Systems repair my HVAC system this past winter, I have since tried to get an HVAC system replacement system quote ...
Karen from Supreme Air Systems came out to my home and looked at everything on September 14, very professional and nice, and I've been waiting for that quote for more than three weeks now. I've called and emailed with no response, so I'm essentially forced to work with one of their competitors.
Try HVAC Gurus instead. Got a quote same day, super nice guy.

We had our AC fixed through our home warranty program via Supreme Air Systems. Excellent experience overall with fast and friendly representatives. Trina was great on the phone helping to get us scheduled and Stephan was amazing in finding, fixing, and explaining the problem in plain terms and nerding out in depth when asked. We went to Supreme Air via Fidelity Home Warranty; for a heat pump replacement they quoted $26,000 (Yes! 26 thousand!!). Home warranty or me could not figure out why the quote was this high. All answers they gave did not justify this quote. Other comparative quotes were 95% lower.
They definitely have a good dispatcher team (Trina) who is responsive and very pleasant but the sales team (Karen) who helped with quoting were not responsive or failed to provide a convincing justification. Maybe they gave such a high quote because they did not want the business....

Matt, our Service Tech. Was on time and very efficient.
He tuned up our Air Conditioning system and cleaned our Dryer Vent.
He had a problem with his brush getting caught in the dryer vent.
He had to go up on our roof to clear the blockage.
He did that and completed his inspection and left with us being very satisfied with his service

Put in a new ac for us awhile ago. It broke within a few months. Took multiple visits for them to try to fix it and the visits were weeks apart. They did not have the key to open the unit they installed. Turned out the techs that installed it did not put the correct amount of coolant fluid in the AC so it broke. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Arrived on time, several competent, courteous, friendly installers took reasonable time, answered all my questions patiently- I had a lot - and did great clean up after carefully testing everything even called the next day to make sure the new furnace was working correctly. Their bid was easy to understand, provided a set of options and while not the cheapest, was also not the most expensive. We had experienced Supreme Air’s excellent responsiveness at the small office building we have, which led us to go with them for this new furnace.

After some scheduling confusion, I'm glad to say Supreme Air Systems came to the rescue! Thank you to Art and Stephan who came out multiple times to help us with our furnace and evap coil. My experience with Supreme Air Systems went really well. The maintenance person found the issue and I was nervous about my older system actually getting repaired, but he got the job done! He was also very respectful of my space, wearing shoe coverings not to get my floor dirty, and made sure my vents were all open before leaving. I was thrilled! Everyone I talked to on the phone along the way was also very friendly, keeping me updated on the replacement part I was waiting on. Highly recommend this company.

The day started with a little mix up. I thought service was for my personal residence when actually it was for my parents house. I didn't realize my phone number was attached to their account. Darrece, the technician waited for me. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped me understand in simple terms the service he was providing to the air conditioner. He was fast and efficient and it was a seamless experience and really ended up with a smile on my face. The only thing I would suggest is that when the service company makes the phone call, they verify the address they are providing

We have been using Supreme Air systems since we purchased our home. Before that, they were the heating & AC people that my parents used to install their new furnace and do maintenance. Always reliable, fast and courteous service. Darrece just came and did our yearly AC cleaning and made sure everything was in good working order for the hot days to come. Dareece came to our home and cleaned/service our heat pump, AC and cleaned the solar panels.
Office called to let us know he was on the way; he was on time, on schedule, neat, cleaned up behind himself, quite courteous/friendly, explained what he would do/was doing.
Price quite reasonable and a service agreement brought the cost of future service down significantly while allowing for "lay-away"
type financing.

Horrible service provider. Very unprofessional and incompetent.
I had to work with them through my insurance company. I had an issue with leaking air conditioner. The first time they came and told that air conditioner unit is old and needed cleaning , which was causing the issue. They guaranteed that cleaning should solve the issue and charged me 200 dollars for that.
As i had feared, it didn't solve the issue. Then they came again, and said it needed a part replacement and needed clearance from my insurance company. I kept waiting for many weeks to hear back from them if the part had been

They botched the install and won't make it right.
It was winter time. The heat wouldn't work. They sent out a tech who told me the thermostat was bad. (What? I just bought this place, and it's brand new. Whatever.) He replaced the thermostat. The heat worked. Great!
Summer time rolled around. The AC wouldn't work. They sent out another tech. He said the first tech installed the thermostat incorrectly. He got the AC working. Great! "Oh, by the way," I told him, "the heat only works in emergency mode." He took a look. Yep, the first guy messed up the configuration
