Our roof, siding, deck and a few windows and doors were in need of replacement after a hailstorm last year. Tim handled every aspect of the project from start to finish, from roofing and siding options to disagreements with our insurance company. No large project is stress free, but it took a huge burden off of us to have him in our corner for all the details along the way.

After replacement of one slope of roof to fix a leak, I not only continued to have a leak, but a secondary leak started as well. RAE Contracting came back 4 times to try to fix the leak but to no avail. After getting second and third opinions from other contractors on the quality of RAE's repair, of which they said was poor, I asked for my money back but RAE Contracting refused to refund it. I was left no choice but to sue them for breach of contract for not successfully repairing the leak. I won the lawsuit and got my money back. I do not recommend hiring them for any job.

I would like to give a shout out to this Company, Robert Espinoza and his men. They did amazing job putting in my new wood flooring, carpet, and kitchen back splash! I would recommend them if you are planing on making a change in your home. They also do roofing, siding, gutter, Windows, interiors and Concrete work. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
