Optimal Plumbing

One of their trucks a white Silverado ran me off the road today on jefferey in Irvine 3/4 at 645am. Merged into my lane and I had to swerve to a free lane to my right. Honking my horn didn't matter kept on merging all while speeding. Pretty stupid maneuver especially in a company truck with business name on the side. Tried calling. The office to speak with someone about the incident but all 5 calls placed throughout the day go to voicemail. Haven't returned my call after leaving message either. Not sure how good they are as plumbers but as far as customer service and attitude goes I

Optimal has been fantastic to work with. I had a leak and a water heater go out. They came out quickly, provide me with a reasonable quote and did a great job.

I won't ever use these guys. Not for anything other than the way they drive and cut people off at intersections almost causing an accident. Quite sure the driver could use an education on rules of the road. Right turn lane is for turning, not passing and cutting off other cars to squeeze in to go straight. Not very bright since your company signs are plastered all over the truck. Thanks, taking note on this company to never use and spread the word!

Ron at Optimal Plumbing was suggested by our tile guy for shower plumbing work; accepting the recommendation without checking references was a big mistake.

The job scope and material list was clearly spelled out in writing and the quote we received seemed reasonable. The first issue was that the specs for the type of drain we wanted were not followed, and it would have greatly delayed the whole project so we had no choice but to accept the incorrect parts and have them incorporated into the tile work.
