Mike Is a charming salesmen but beware of this company. I had an agreement with miracle maids to have two maids come out for the minimum time which was 2 hours at 75 bucks an hour. I was so excited to have someone be able to help with my move out cleaning while I was away. When asked what rooms to focus on I told them 1 bathroom 1 bedroom a kitchen and living room in our small house. I get my credit card bill for over 500 dollars for the 3 rooms with them not even being finished. When confronted Mike claims we agreed to a room by room basis where they somehow spent 5 hours on the rooms with 2 maids

Like many others, I spoke with Mike and was impressed by his professionalism and was told that the service was guaranteed. Our house was completely empty and we paid for a "move in/move out" cleaning ($225). The cleaners were at the house for around 2 hours or less (we aren't actually sure when they left) and it the house looked almost the same as when they arrived. I would have to rate this company as less than one star if I could. The cleaning crew came out one year ago to clean my house and neglected to clean several areas such as closets and under some furniture. I was told that that would be corrected and the next cleaning would have additional services attached at no cost to make up for the lack perfect service. The next time the maids came out, the same places and items that were missed the prior time were missed again. We used Miracle Maids this summer for a move out cleaning. I thought they were reasonably priced and the girls did a good job. They got a late start due to an earlier job running over - although they were willing to work into the evening, we had a couple days before the end of the month so i opted to have them come back first thing in the morning to finish. I asked Mike if a little better job could be done on the hard water stains left in the shower, which turned out to be above and beyond standard cleaning expectations. We thought they were highly rated, so we were looking forward to the results. The owner told my wife that they have a policy of making things right, so if anything was not done to our satisfaction, all we had to do was call, and they would come back out and make it right.
We had a 11:00pm appointment Friday 8/15/14 for a full clean. They called letting us know they would be delayed a few hours. Then they called around 4:00pm saying they were on their way. This company has been nothing but amazing, in my opinion. Mike and Trey have the warmest phone presence, ever; and the gals that they have sent out to the house twice now, have been stellar! These ladies roll their sleeves up, get the job done right the first time, have big grins on their faces, and even like my nosey critters!

My Aunt referred me to Miracle Maids. I have used Miracle Maids on multiple occasions to clean my 4-bedroom apartment. They have done an awesome job every time! They are very thorough and efficient. It is always a great feeling to come home to an exceptionally clean home thanks to Miracle Maids. The staff is also really friendly and my roommates and I feel comfortable letting them into our home. Since I last posted on May 31, 2012 about this horrible entity, they have again proven themselves absolutly the worst. After the last and final episode where they did such a poor job of cleaning that the owner, Mike had to come back again and clean for the third time, Mike the owner told me at that time I would not be charged for the cleaning and that he would not cash my check which I paid to them at the time. After a week had passed and I did not receive my check back from them, I put a stop payment on the check. Almost two months after the fact, I received a certified letter from the father

I was refered to Miracle Maids by a good friend of mine that uses them weekly. He told me they're THE best cleaning company for the $$$ hands down, and he was right! I called Mike because I was moving out of my rental house and needed it cleaned (on short notice) to get my security deposit back.
