I rarely write reviews because I like to make sure that local companies are represented well. Unfortunately I have to write a negative review because I did not receive the service that I paid for by Mr.Meticulous. Here are some examples. When my wife called to ask about when the cleanings would occur, she was verbally berated. Then when I came home this week after a week away, I saw that there was a foot high pile of snow in front of my garage. I could not get my Toyota 4Runner into my garage. When I texted Mr.Meticulous I did not hear back that even and had to spend 30 mins shovelling the snow

If I could give zero stars I would on the snow plowing or lack of which I recieved this winter, getting this guy to plow is like pulling teeth. If you don’t want to have a miserable experience wondering if he is going to show then DO NOT HIRE this guy Tony and his company, when you see people on tv who get scammed on plowing this isn’t too far off that from my experience this winter

Mr. Meticulous' Landscapt & Design is anything but meticulous. When cutting a neighbor's lawn, one of his employees ran into my fence, damaging the fence, and neglected to tell either I or my neighbor about the incident. I have a small dog, and the gap was more than large enough for my dog to escape through. Thankfully I noticed the gap shortly after it happened and was able to cover it so that my dog could not get through. However, after multiple calls and emails, "Mr. Meticulous" has neglected to repair the fence back to its original condition. Even despite stating he would pay to get the fence

This is my third year as a Mr. Meticulous customer. The first year I hired him for weekly lawn maintenance and fall clean up. I rehired him for the 2nd year for the same services and additionally to complete a design and renovation of my front yard landscaping after 7 ash trees had to be removed due to disease and the remainder of my landscaping was dead and dying. I have now rehired him for a 3rd year for weekly lawn maintenance and contracted with him for a Spring clean-up service.
