Awesome service from this company. They got a technician out to review things needing to be addressed on a home inspection. The technician was polite, prompt and receptive to what we needed. He check over the units thoroughly. He addressed all issues and wrote a great explanation of everything that was done.

They came out the next day after our a/c stopped working. We knew it was past time for a new unit. Within a week they installed a new indoor and outdoor system with 12 year warranty. They were finished within the estimated window, cleaned up, gave recommendations for maintenance, and were overall very polite.

We had to replace a 28-year old heat pump system. Butler was one of the companies we asked to quote an update for us. They immediately set themselves apart; from Hal showing up the same day we reached out via their website to his willingness to talk us through several options and help us land on the best solution.
Ultimately, their price was competitive, and the install went great. They did a top notch job. Will go directly to them for future needs in this arena.

We have a 100+ year old house. Butler replaced our aging furnace and put in a heat pump to cover our upstairs. Now we have efficient heat and a/c. Used our existing ductwork. Everything worked well except that our kitchen was still chilly in the winter and hot in the summer. We mentioned this to them and they came out and put in new ducts to our kitchen no charge. Everything is lovely now.

Old contractor had them install second zone to 1923 four square during major renovation in 2012. So I kept them for annual checks but this year they refused to provide a fix for the 1st zone that was already installed when I bought the house. So after paying them over 300 I had POFF heating and air come out only to discover it was low on Refrigerant and also cleaned out the drain pan that was close to clogging that Butler should've done over the last 6-7 years. I'll never use these guys again. I found out about Poff from my hair stylist and POFF said I'm not the first to complain
