Our roofing companyis a local, family-owned business. We began as a property management company, handling all aspects of residential and commercial maintenance for customers throughout Worcester County and beyond. During our many decades in the business, we discovered that finding a good roofer was one of our most difficult challenges.

They came and repaired a very complicated roof line. The shingled roof met a rubber roof .That is where the roof was leaking. Everyone else said remove everything including the deck above the rubber roof which would cost 15000.00 and up. Essentially rebuild the whole thing. Not with Seven Hills Roofing they did only what was necessary . They also re-glazed our ski lights. Thank you for being honest ! Thank you for fixing the roof!

Took a phone call to at least 5 other companies before I came across Seven Hills Roofing. They were quick to come out and take a look at my issues and gave me an estimate (Same Day). A day later the crew came by and fixed the flashing around my chimney that was causing a leak into my attic.
I highly recommend this company based on my experience.

I contacted this company to have a rubber roof replaced. The owner sent out one of his guys to look at the roof, and they were sure they could patch it instead.
The roof was patched, but continues to leak. After the fifth or sixth callback I have stopped trying. Roof leaking into my house, causing significant damage inside the walls, to the interior, and to my personal property. Absolutely unacceptable, and worse still the owner never once came out to see the situation himself. I am only rating two stars instead of one because they were willing to come back out again and again to try and fix it

I had Seven Hills Roofing replace the boot on an old cast iron pipe that runs through my roof as it was leaking a little bit of water on the side of the pipe when it rained hard. Bill was responsive to my calls and the company was available to do the job quickly which I appreciate as so many contractors these days are very unresponsive and uninterested in small jobs. The leak problem has been solved. I would certainly recommend Seven Hills Roofing.

They got back to us right away. Their crew showed up right on time, keeping us aware of their ETA before their arrival.
