Terrible service!! Wife scheduled appointment for sofa cleaning the day before having a baby shower at our home. The owner Gary told my wife he would not come out because while leaving us a message the day of the appointment he recognized her name as some one who had called him out before and turned him away. What!! This of course was not true and the most bizarre service issue we have ever dealt with but being that the shower was the next day on a weekend we had no one else to call on. Horrible customer service!! Called twice. Left a voicemail, sent a text - no response! I purchased a Groupon and no matter how hard I try to schedule an appointment, I cannot get a response from them to set up an appointment. What a waste of money. I'll be requesting a refund from Groupon and will also suggest that this company be removed as a vendor. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Never showed up for an appointment I set up with him. Please also note if you purchase the deal he has within Groupon for carpet cleaning that doesn't include shampoo there an extra charge for that. Please be aware he has his business listed on Groupon but he rather you call him directly!

Lived in rental home for couple years and had carpet professionally cleaned twice. I carpet clean in between the professional cleanings. Contacted them about cleaning my carpet for when I move out of my apartment after finding them on Groupon. I messaged them via their website. They emailed me saying to call. I called left a voicemail and I got a call back. So, I talked to guy and told him I was looking to get my carpet cleaned, I needed it clean by the end of the month, and asked how much extra would the pet treatment be. They were 10min early for the appointment which I find to be much better than late. Very friendly & efficient at their work. We moved into our home a year & a half ago there were some deep stains in the carpet. We are just now getting around to cleaning our carpets, they were able to get out every stain... no really every stain! We also have a dog who lays on our area rug & his smell is even gone! Great price too. We will be using them again.
