We had some water damage on the ceiling. Peter came in and was extremely thorough in inspecting the roof inside and out to find any possible leaks, for a very reasonable price. We've had several roofers passing through the neighborhood in the past 2 years and many roofs replaced; Peter inspected ours, explained what issues were with the roof (with video) and what his recommendations were (which he did not recommend replacing the roof at this time). We will most certainly use Peter for future roofing concerns.

Aaron worked with my insurance adjuster and assisted in getting us approved to have roof and gutters replaced. Within a few weeks both my roof and gutters were replaced. Crews were professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They even painted the vent caps to match the roof color which was a nice touch. I've definitely would recommend DHI for any roofing or gutters need

Our new roof is already leaking and they ghosted us about a warranty repair. They also left our gutters and drain spouts off the house (it's been since may 29th and today is July 7th) and never came back. We are so tired of trying to get an ETA or any update on the warranty repair. They destroyed landscaping (sloping) on the side s of our driveway that was done in 2019 through a nonprofit when the driveway got regraded due to my wheelchair and ... I doubt they will fix it. They dismantled the brick column by our steps when doing the siding and won't fix. They sawed off parts of the pergola

Peter with DHI is simply the best! Scheduling an appointment with Peter was easy, he came out the next morning after we spoke! Peter did an extremely thorough job inspecting the roof! He made his best effort to fix the leak while making recommendations re: insurance claims and such. Peter truly went above and beyond, you can’t go wrong with Peter ! We know who to go to when we need to replace the roof!

There are not enough good things to say about this business. The project manager, Aaron, was always timely, respectful and super polite. He answered every question we had as soon as we asked, and never hesitated to help ease any of our concerns. The roofers were extremely experienced and had the roof done in one day! Same with the gutter replacements. I will definitely be recommending DHI to anyone needing a new roof!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! From the initial roof and gutter inspection to the final invoice, I had a great experience with them. The project manager, Aaron, was friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions that came up. Even when some unexpected issues arose, as they do with an old house, DHI was quick to let me know and figure out the best course of action to get it taken care of. If you are thinking of a new roof or gutters, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

Delivered on what was promised! Even stopping after the job to make sure I was satisfied.
