We have used BMS Carpet Cleaners 3 times now and have always been very impressed. Barb is helpful and quick with scheduling and Preston is a professional and personable tech. There was a significant paint splatter (water based acrylic) and Preston was able to remove just about all of it. They don't just meet our expectations, they exceed them.

We have had BMS clean the carpets in our home as well as our vacation rental. They are not only great at what they do, they are reliable and always courteous. Just really nice folks who do a great job!

My carpets haven't look this nice or as clean since it was brand new. My old dog was having seizures and peed all over my carpet. There is literally no trace of pee smell. I have a very sensitive nose and even I can't smell it. They were super to work with, get scheduled and they left enough fans to dry the carpet. I 100% recommend!!

I cant say enough good things about BMS Carpet Cleaners. From the scheduling to the completion of the job, they were right on top of our needs and aiming to do an exceptional job. The technician who did the work arrived promptly and masked. He did a superior job in removing the mess from a sick dog on 2 bedroom carpets. I had tried to clean them but couldn't get rid of the brown stains or the smell. Preston got rid of both and the carpet looks and smells new. I am so pleased with the results and strongly recommend BMS Carpet Cleaners.

We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times by them now. The first time, the guy did a pretty good job and got most of the stains out. The second time we had the carpets cleaned by Jesse and he did a phenomenal job. He was able to get all the stains out, including a red wine stain and previous stains that were still faintly there after the last time we had the carpets cleaned. He was very nice, easy to work with, and even charged us $20 less because he was more careful in measuring the square footage. BMS did a fantastic job cleaning our white carpeting. (we inherited it from the previous owner) I keep thinking we will have to get new carpeting, but when they come for a yearly cleaning it looks like new. I highly recommend their services.

I am a MSU Bozeman student living in a house with all girls. The man (NAMED RILEY) sent was anything but professional at the time of service. The morning after, he let himself into my house when we were still asleep and when I tried to confront him to ask him to leave, he shook me and screamed at me. The office manager could have cared less when I told her. After filing a police report, he was to be fired. I have seen him working for them since. It was the scariest thing I have experienced. I have been working with BMS carpets for 16 years and we would highly recommend! My husband and I have four dogs and two cats...need I say more? Dirt, mud and stains are common in our house, after a dig in our garden or a hike in the mountains, our dogs strut into the house leaving muddy paws everywhere. On top of that, we have experienced diarrhea, cat puke and the training of puppies. Lets just say our rugs and carpets get a work out! I had BMS Carpet Cleaners clean my carpet as well as a valuable Oriental rug. They did a superb job on both! The technicians were on time and very conscientious. I've been using BMS for nearly 20 years. They do fantastic work and their prices are competitive other services. We use them for a rental property and the carpets get heavy use. Even when horrible stains are left behind, BMS has been able to clean them up. We have also used them to clean area rugs with great results. The only problem we've experienced is that they get busy during peak seasons, like just after graduation. Even then, they have always been surprisingly responsive. I recommend them to my friends.
