Depending on the size of the job, two to three professional painters will do the painting. We have great painters at Phoenix House Painting. We only hire people who are incredibly clean, polite and respectful.
We use 100% Acrylic Paint. We do not add any water to our paint in order to guarantee product integrity and to obtain the full life expectancy of the paint. We use Elastomeric Caulking on surface cracks. If any of the cracks we fix during our prep work come back due to product or workmanship, we will come back and re-fix the crack and touch-up the paint at no additional cost to the homeowner.
John is the owner of Phoenix House Painting and PHP Commercial Painting. He is a native of Illinois and moved to the Valley of the Sun in his 20s. John the owner himself came to the house to bid the job, and already had 4 other bids. He himself was professional and straight to the point. He gave me a fair price and a great guarantee on the paint.
On the day of painting the crew arrived and David and DeVon were amazing, they took their time to be sure all the cracks and crevices were filled in in the fascia as well as the walls, and could tell that they were proud of their work

Ironically I'm getting quotes for house painting this week, but I won't be calling this place. The owner obviously has road rage as he aggressively passed me keeping the wheels of his large truck in my lane and cutting me off to express his anger at me not driving fast enough despite the fact I was in traffic and couldn't change lanes. Not the type of person you'd want to do business with.
