In 1964, Cooling & Heating Inc. was established by John W. Gibson as a wholesale parts distributor. John started the business using his knowledge of the industry with a mission to offer a quality distribution center specializing in real results. John's children purchased the business in 1975 after working by their father's side for many years.

I was very happy to find an HVAC parts dealer open on Saturday! After calling several service companies that were too busy to come over on Friday night, I decided to try to fix the problem myself because the humidity was awful. I did some research online and figured out how to bypass the defective switch so we would have cooling over night. This morning, I repaired my air conditioning system with a little advice and a $25 part from Cooling & Heating Inc. Easily saved $100 or more in parts and labor charges and it works fine. Thanks for being there for me!

I had two different companies come look at my air conditioner and the general consensus was it's old and needs replacing. I decided that instead of replacing it with a $7,000 system, that I could replace the part for under $200. As it turned out the suspected part was not the problem and with the guidance from Mark at cooling and heating I repaired my air handler with a relay for under $30 Without the parts and advice from cooling and heating I would have had to spend $7,000 for a new unit when a part for under $30 was all that needed to be replaced. Thank you Mark at cooling and heating.
