Repair toilet that was leaking/running. Bret did a good job and was very personable. He was on time, very professional, knew what he was doing, cleaned up, and willing to explain what he was doing. From a pricing standpoint, there may need to be an adjustment in how this is priced out. This was a simple job and should have been by the hour or comparable to an hourly rate (+ some buffer for a fixed price, totally get that). I compared it with another plumbing company based on their rates (A large well known company in GR) and for the same amount of time + travel, this job was about $200 more. Everything
