Spencer Whitley and Taylor Umphlett came together to form Borden & Wayne Construction LLC, in 2014. The main focus of the company is multifamily properties and commercial construction. One of the most helpful aspects of Borden & Wayne's team is their experience in 504 and ADA compliance work, while they can also do all exterior work from parking lot resurfacing to siding and windows and roofing.
