Alan and his team at Serrano Contractors were great to work with from start to finish. I called to have my roof inspected for a repair and they came out the same day. During the inspection they were able to assess damage from a recent storm. I submitted to my insurance company and was able to get a full replacement. Everything was done in a timely manner and without any hassle at all. I would highly recommend!

I didn’t know that my homeowners insurance could pay for my roof and I didn’t know that my roof was damaged if it wasn’t for Lugo coming and showing me damages after the storm that came I wouldn’t have known. I had seen some shingles on the ground but didn’t think much about how those problems could have gotten a lot worse but now it’ll be a huge relief knowing that my roofs going to last me about fourth years with the best material that they install and the workmanship they showed. I give so many thanks for Lugo helping me through the whole insurance restoration process. He helped

I want to thank the whole crew they were excellent. They cleaned all the messes in the front and backyard. This company was phenomenal. From start to finish. We were able to get our whole roof replaced for almost nothing. Alan Serrano came out to do our inspection and enlightened us about the damage due to hail and wind. Alan was super helpful and patient walking us through the whole process with our insurance. Their whole team is efficient, communicative, punctual and professional. Highly recommendable company!
