I called and left a message. The owner called me and wanted to see the home which I gave him the information that it is a vacant home and perhaps 2600 sq. feet home. The business owners wanted to see the house which was not a problem. I told him it is just a basic house and vacant. I had shown home to many people and is very frustrated with the wastage of time and excessive price. I asked him if he can give me an approximate estimate like if it includes material, labor, and any other.
