I have been a customer of Air Maintenance for over 15 years and I can't speak more highly of John Jones and his organization. He is a true professional and has exceeded my expectations over and over again. The one time I made the mistake of misplacing his number and called someone else, boy did I learn my lesson. He is smart, knows exactly what he is doing, honest to a fault and more than fair on pricing. I know that I am shooting myself in the foot, but such good and consistent service deserves recognition.

After calling an AC repair outfit out of Belton, the first thing they said before asking any questions about my AC problem was that there would be an $89.00 "diagnostic fee" before any work would be done. I immediately "fired them" and looked elsewhere. I ran across Air Maintenance via an internet search and am glad I chose them. John answered the phone and I immediately was impressed. He demonstrated concern for my problem and not for my money. He asked questions about the symptoms the AC unit was displaying and we agreed that the problem was likely a blown capacitor. Even

Fantastic Professional Service!! I was referred to John by a family friend and have found my new AC company! John arrived the same day and was able to repair my system without trying to sell me a new system. Another issue arose on the weekend and he arrived within 3 hours and made the repair without an additional service fee. He explained the issue and showed the defect parts. Additionally, he provided tips on cleaning maintenance that I could do myself to help the efficiency and performance of the outside unit. I highly recommend John and Air Maintenance for anyone in the greater Austin area.
