We, like a previous reviewer, just moved into a home and had an issue with a toilet. I read the online reviews and took a chance and called the company, left a message and Terry called me back within a minute. After I described the problem, Terry showed up in 10 minutes. I am a property manager with Homeside Properties and got introduced to Terry the owner by one of my properties who love him dearly they will nto use anyone else.

We had a main line water break at our home (built in 1980s). This water line was the older blue polybutylene pipe that has many lawsuits years ago. Our meter was “far” from the home and many plumbers were reluctant with distance and price. My wife found Terry on the Facebook Milton sweet tea group (he was highly recommended). Terry asked for some initial pictures then came out to estimate. Very reasonable on price and completed job fast minimizing damage to yard. Plus a 15yr warranty. Very nice to work with. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing job. Thanks Terry!

Called Plumbing Central just before noon. Repaired and improved with flex connection to prevent potential problems in the future. Quick response by Terry and crew.
Done and safe within two hours which included a parts run for a special fitting unique to my needs.
Terry could have done the easy fix. Since this is my third time for the same leak issue from settling, I got the kind of repair that will last.

Not honest, not reliable, does not keep promises, does not return calls, arogant ,rude, makes out that he did us a big favor - once paid had to literally beg him to come back!! would definitely not use him ever again , nor pass his details to anyone (he got a great very lucrative referral from me) & did not even acknowledge it!!!

You are a small business that grows from good customer service and word of mouth. But, If you continue to fail to turn up to appointments (with no show and no call) and then fail to communicate with a follow up email or call you will eventually run your business to the ground.
If you can't do the work then you need to let people know asap and NOT four weeks later.

Found this company on the internet. We discovered a leak under the house. Terry came right away and diagnosed the problem. We were impressed! In this world where plumbers are a dime a dozen, we thought we struck gold with him. We are very loyal customers, if we find someone we like, we stick with them forever. We thought this was our guy. We went out and bought the toilet because he said it needed to be replaced. My husband spent the next week trying to get him back out to our house to install it. This has got to be THE worst plumbing experience that I have ever encounter in my 25 years of owning restaurant. Terry the owner came out on last Thursday and supposedly he'd fixed the clogged drain but it remain stopped up. So we have been calling him repeatedly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday as well, left numerous message for him to respond or come back to fix the drain. NEVER heard from him. Not only a bad businessman, also not an honorable person

Spoke with Terry at 7am. Wow he answered the phone and eagerly gave instructions on what to about my disposal. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy the disposal. Gave the type to get and said he would be here as soon as I called to let him know I got it.
I called and he said he would be on his way shortly. That was five hours ago. He has blocked my calls. What did I ever do to you Terry? I left work early to meet this guy and he doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me why he doesn't show?
Thank god for Yelp. This guy is a real zero. Wow. Beware of a huge waste of time.

Terry Davies and his crew are excellent! My main water pipe burst in the middle of the night. I noticed around 6am that we had water in the street. I called Plumbing Central at about 7:30am and hey we're here about an hour later! Terry said it was a simple fix and charged me a very reasonable rate to fix it. He could have easily charged me much more and I would have happily paid. These guys are honest and dependable!

I called Plumbing Central regarding a leaking basement pipe. They assured me that they would call me the next morning to set up an appointment, but I never received a phone call. I called them a second time the following morning, and they were able to send someone out the next day to look at our pipe. We were told to purchase a new sink disposal, and that they would come out the following Friday between 12-2 to install the disposal. At 2:00 I called to see if they were on their way, and was told that there had been an emergency and they would let me know when they would be stopping by. After

Amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants fast, guaranteed work, at a fair price. These guys came out same day, and didn't charge me any silly emergency fees. They charged me about half of what others were quoting. After over paying for some plumbing services recently, it is really nice to know that these guys are just a call away. They were super fast, and didn't play any games like "well you'll have to replace this, or you may need to think about that" they replaced my pressure reducing valve in less than 15 mins!

The owner has amazing work ethic. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and he came out that same day and took a look at it and tighten something from the faucet area and it was fixed. I couldn't believe it was that simple so checked it myself and no leak. He didn't even charge me anything. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues. Thanks for such great service!
