Being a Spokane Native, my first jobs were working in the restaurant business. I found my niche of cleaning windows while preforming my duties at the restaurants, and I never looked back. I can say some of those restaurants have become accounts of which we still service today. Our Company was established in 1989 and we are licensed and insured.
We have been told and of course we believe it, that our staff is the best! They have even mentioned that they "Love their job"! As a whole we like to create a team atmosphere as we are a small business and value the hard work and commitment of each person employed with A & W Cleaning. Dave started A & W Cleaning in 1989 by providing window cleaning to local restaurants and adding residential by word of mouth.
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys heights, likes to work with their hands, loves the outdoors, takes pride in their work, and gains satisfaction from figuring out ways to get a job done better and faster. We only hire crew members with a great work ethic and attitude. While we primarily clean windows, at some jobs we also clean gutters, pressure wash the sides of buildings and flat surfaces, do work from ladders, and clean awnings.
