We contracted with JC Smith for the conversion of an outside porch into a sunroom extension of our living room and for the installation of a new front entrance door assembly.
We initially chose JC Smith based on a strong recommendation from our daughter who had used them previously, and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Vonn and Kristina Snyder, who performed most of the work on the project do very professional work, and were a joy to have in our home, and the subcontractors that they hired to install a new roof on our porch and install the hardwood flooring in the sunroom

I worked at JC Smith and have nothing but WONDERFUL memories. I truly loved working for a company that stood behind their work and did every thing they could to make their customers happy.
John is personable, professional and great to work with. Chrissy is also professional, incredibly kind, and a great mentor. I left the company to be closer to… home, but I miss working at JC Smith with all my heart. Working there was like working with family.

I was part of the JC Smith family for about 6 years and in that whole time John and Chrissy never stopped making things better and better for the company and they truly care about everything that makes the wheels turn.
John is a wonderful person that taught me so much more than I would have ever known about construction, including a substantial amount of patience, kindness and understanding.
Chrissy is fantastic and taught me alot about seeing the big picture towards the jobs final look and how to be a woman in this industry.

My wife and I are having a deck built and a concrete padio installed. JC Smith has only been on the job for a few days, but has been a pretty positive experience so far. Bill was great with understanding exactly what we wanted, and was able to work with us on scheduling and budget. The crew has been great, and very respectful. I had several projects done by JC Smith including a bathroom remodel, construction of 2 closets, an exterior door painted, and installation of hand rails for some stairs. From the beginning, the entire team, including the sales rep Bill Miller and foreman, Dave Lauer, were highly professional and knowledgeable. Dave continued to keep me informed of the progress and timeline of the project and was very flexible in working to accommodate my own work schedule. I am very pleased with the final completed project and would use JC Smith again for any future projects. I highly recommend.

I never really thought about JC SMITH until today. It warmed my heart know that they and their staff care enough about the community to step up and help two local animal rescues as they struggle to set up a brick and mortar location. In this age of me first and business challenges it is a wonderful statement of caring showed by this organization toward the helpless creatures that will benefit from their willingness to help. Overall JC Smith did a quality job on our addition/kitchen remodel. Everyone at the company is very professional and they work hard to complete the job to your expectations. You will need to pay close attention to detail to make sure any mistakes are corrected and anticipate the potential for some significant delays. However, when all was said and done, we have a finished project that meets our expectations and we are very happy with it. Most importantly, the guys who work for JC Smith are highly skilled and genuinely care about the job they do. We would use them again.

Sent the company an email on Sunday night and 2 business days later they have not even acknowledged receipt. Obviously, they don't need your business as they won't respond to emails when their website provides an email address for contact purposes.
And , yes! I am most certainly certain that i contacted them through the We Are Offline feature on their website! Why would your first response to a complaining customer be accusatory towards the customer. Another reason not to use this business.
